When the man of her dreams appears to be dying, Tara Montgomery casts a spell to bring him to her so she can help him and prevent his death. What she hadn’t counted on was the fact that she’d brought him forward through time more than one hundred years, or the fact that he was apparently the last of his kind.

Wounded in a battle, Lone Wolf never realized his guardian angel is actually a modern white woman who is also a very powerful witch. Unsure of why he has been brought forward into the future, this magnificent Yahi warrior seeks council with his Great Spirit, for he has already “married” Tara in the way of his people.

This is a story of time travel, witchcraft, but above all the ability to adapt and accept circumstances we cannot change. Not to mention the really hot sex. My favorite part, however, was the fact that apparently no matter what century, all men learn the bad things quicker than the things that are more circumspect, and will use it to get their way on whatever occasion presents itself. Definitely worth keeping handy to read again.
