My Thoughts:
Hopefully, above, you can actually see my Instagram picture!
This book has SO MUCH more to it than I expected! Honestly, it’s not just another domestic thriller.
It’s my current read and I regularly update my reading process over at Goodreads! Do join me. I know I say this a lot, but I really love Goodreads lol.
If you have already read this book, what did you think? Feel free to link up your review to this post!

Fran Hall and her husband Nathan have moved with their two children to a farmhouse on the edge of the Fens – a chance to get away from London and have a fresh start. But when Fran wakes one night to find Nathan gone, she makes a devastating discovery. As questions about her husband and her relationships start to mount, Fran’s life begins to spiral out of control. What is she hiding from the police about her marriage, and does she really know the man she shared her bed with?
I can’t wait to find out!
Have a great weekend full of reading.

Not you usual domestic thriller? You’ve got me right there. I wonder why the covers are so different. Who makes those decisions and why?
Another in pending! Oh, exactly my questions Roberta! Why???? lol
I’m sorry. I couldn’t make out enough of the snippets to know what to make of them. I’d love for you and your readers to check out mine. . . http://tinyurl.com/LisaKsBookReviewsSOD
It is hard to form an opinion about your excerpts when only seeing the middle each line. This one is new to me but the blurb sounds interesting. I’m featuring Sleep Like a Baby by Charlaine Harris this week. Happy reading!
I was able to see just enough to pique my curiosity….I guess that’s one way to tempt me. Thanks for sharing, and for visiting my blog.
That first line was enough to draw me in… Sounds enthralling!! Happy weekend! xo
Thanks Freda! You too! lol
Hi Sassy,
I must admit that from the premise and the small snipets I could glean from your pictures (that’s a very sneaky way of sharing your lines by the way!), I was really intrigued by this one and as I love a good thriller, I was beginning to get quite excited.
Then I happened to check out the book on Goodreads and my balloon was well and truly burst when I saw some of the terrible ratings and reviews.
If reviews are generally quite mixed then I don’t tend to take too much notice of them, as a book is so personal to the reader. However, when the comments are so consistently disappointing, you just have to take notice, so I won’t be adding this one to my list, although I am interested to know what you think about it!
Thanks for sharing and enjoy your weekend 🙂

The premise of this book sounds really intriguing! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
Both novels appeal to me. Will be adding them to my list.
You sure know how to tease. Color me intrigued now. LOL This sounds super good!
My Friday 56 for From The Grave
Glad to hear you’re enjoying it.
Hope you’re enjoying them! 🙂

I read these title like I typically read Lifetime movie titles, in a very overly dramatic kind of way. Sounds like an interesting thriller. Happy Friday!
Thanks for dropping by my blog. I really like The Pearl Thief and think you will, too. Though it is identified as a YA title, I think it actually will be liked by adults better. It is set in Scotland and the main character is such a flawed, lovable gal. Glad to see you are enjoying your current read.
