Rarities Incorporated is a research and location company for rare
artefacts, Aphrodite’s Girdle being one of them. The company is made up of “all kinds of supernatural races” including the Zuri Majis warriors who owned the company. In this book the assignment was the Veils of the Burning Touch.

Dilana was a finder agent and a Zuri Maji. This was one case she was sure she would take on. The vision she had seen of herself wearing the jewels as the tall Cajun reach out to touch her was enough to compel her to complete the task. After several days of tracking the Veils her sisters grew worried for her safety, having each had premonitions of her in a pool of blood. Sending her magical items for here safety, a dagger, gauntlets, and special clothing. But the last gift of a Zerquel, the bridal necklace indicating the time was right to meet a life mate) seemed so out of place. Magical gifts do not always make sense and no one of their kind had received one in
seventeen generations.

Magni Taggart was the only one who could retrieve the Veils. His mother had hidden them before her death and now with the help of all his siblings and cousins he would be the one to get them back. He had gone to Rarities Incorporated on gut instinct and once he saw Dilana he knew she would be instrumental in his task. Not only in finding the Veil but she would eventually wear them as his mate.

Again this book like the others is a nice blending of new with old and the legends of the ancient. The blend of all the supernatural beings in harmony for the most part is heart warming. The fantasy coming to life is thrilling. A wonderful blend of erotic and true love make this a great series.
