Part of the Call of the Lycan series.

Ceana is punished to swim forever as a mermaid by the sea witch for saving her brother Kerrigan from her. Only upon the full moon does Ceana trod upon land as human and she’s growing weary of her search for “the one” to break the curse and free her.

Ian O’Connell is heir to his clan of lycan who now reside after many
centuries outside Astoria, Oregon. He’s pursued as Mate, but
uninterested as his heart was given to she who saved him centuries before from drowning.

Can a woman cursed to the sea and a man who shifts shape find each other and restore both their hearts? With such definitive specifics it seems unlikely, but somehow love prevails and evil is beaten. There are some very good love scenes, strong characters, and a fully developed plot. I found it to be an altogether good read and great fun.
