Following a man around who just happens to turn into a werewolf
shouldn’t arouse Laura Blake, but for some reason Charlie does. When he confronts her one evening as he starts to turn, she sedates him and then cages him in her basement. She simply wants to help him.

Charlie Hiller can smell the woman who has been trailing him , but he isn’t sure why. He just knows her scent is driving him crazy. Then he finds out she knows what he is and doesn’t care, is offering him a cure, and is hoping that it works.

This is a new twist on an older werewolf premise and quite frankly I found it one that would make an interesting series. There is the promise of a cure, hope, the expansion of possibilities, love and fear combined into a tale that starts out as a selfless act which turns into one of devotion. I do hope it’s taken farther.
