They did not even know each other’s names. He called her One since she was the first one in the class. She called him Zee since he was the last and 26th in the class. What started as her desire to understand the Muslim thought and culture, brought as well a greater understanding of herself.

Written in the first person, it chronicles her time with him, a time of desire and passion, of philosophy and poetry. To love so completely and surrender all to a man for a short time seems incomprehensible. But yet, don’t we all love not knowing how long we have together, and this love, like all true love, changes her forever. Rich in passion, he touches her body, heart, and soul the way no other ever will. A very thought provoking story.
