Survivor of a virus which has destroyed most of the female population, Cate Callahan has her own ideas about submitting to the new Claiming Law. Not even the fact that it’s her lover’s brothers is enough to persuade her to participate in this new demeaning law that makes women nothing more than things.

Jude Outlaw and his brothers have been away for five years fighting in the Terrorist Wars because some fruitcake unleashed an absolute horror upon the women of the world. Now he’s back and to protect the woman he loves, he and his brothers will “claim” her.

Freakish viruses, ridiculous laws, strong men and even stronger women fighting to survive in a maelstrom created by a monster. Throw in some incredible sex and WOW. The plot is good, the premise unusual and actually a bit scary and the characters “next door” real.
