Not even ten years of running can stand against the thought of trouble at home. At least now the stubborn Princess Noreen has returned to her home planet, but with no intention of staying until she finds out about the threat to the entire planet. Now she must do her part to save the ball of ice she was born on for no matter how she feels about the planet, the people aren’t at fault.

Tall, blond, buff and absolutely edible, Gunnar Zaren has been sent to pick up someone named Noreen Tibbetts, little realizing she is not only kin to the crown princess, but also to play a major role in his life. First he must teach her about knowing her place for it seems Nory is just a wee bit pampered and spoiled.

I found this to be a rollicking good read. I just love how the characters were woven around a major theme while staying pretty much true to themselves. The discoveries made during the relationship process amidst a crisis situation added to the growth of family ties while throwing in Gods, and a few other surprises made this a well rounded read. Ms. O’Reilly displays a keen wit and a marvelous sense of style as well as humor in this rendition of life on another planet.
