The Mediterranean cruise to Egypt was the vacation of a lifetime. Chrysalyn was being forced to take a break from work, she was given little choice in the matter and was not looking forward to it at all.

Her co-worker Rahn was sent on the same cruise for an entirely different reason. There were a string of murders and missing women in the ports of call and he needed to catch a killer as well as keep Chrysalyn safe, without letting her know what was going on. The hardest part would be sharing the suite and spending so much time in her company.

The story has some twists and turns and the bad guy doesn’t seem all that bad to Chrysalyn. She and Rahn have to deal with each other as well as their spirit guides, two African lions. Sometimes it seems that the guides get them in more trouble than they are worth. The Egyptian Voyage definitely heats up when the attack occurs on the ship.
