A quick look at some other hunters. Byron was a Master vampire and he had promised his best friend just before he died that he would look after his daughter Kit.

She was an Inherent wolf and he would make sure she never wanted for anything. The problem was as Kit grew up Byron wanted her. He had his promise to fulfil and he did not want to bind her to him until she had had a chance to live a somewhat normal life.

A tame story compared to the others of the series but it is just a quick love story without all of The Hunters normal plot line. Still we love to hear the love stories, and that is what this one is about.
