Want a new piercing or ink? Then you go to the twins Peter and Paul
who run the body modification salon at the Velvet Glove. These two have a most unusual relationship-loving, yet tempestuous and totally out of control at times. As they use each other for canvases they create the most unique modifications for all who are interested.

Using his hands to give massages is not the only thing Bowie is good at. All it takes is one look at the twins and it’s a case of knowing he’s found his home. The true question is whether even a top with his strength is capable of showing two volatile, high strung young men how to truly find their balance.

I found this a thought provoking, enthralling read. It was a treat to read of people with unknown strength and loving hearts making what was at times a journey fraught with such painful, emotional upheavals as to make me wonder if any would survive. Sean Michael has created a most unique world in the Velvet Glove which piques my curiosity and makes me want to look for answers to questions of how and why and is it truly thus? A series definitely on the “keeper” list.
