Ever felt like the whole world is out to get you? Jim knows that
feeling all too well, but rather than giving up altogether, he’s gone
for a routine that makes him feel, if not safe, at least somewhat in control of his destiny once more. Having lost everything that matters, Jim is not sure why he’s begun to trust Marcus, only that he has and it feels good.

Marcus is a Dom with an instinct for those who have lost (or never found) their way into submission. When he first spotted the snarling little man in his favorite bookstore, his gut said one thing- MINE. So he immediately began to try to make Jim understand that there was absolutely nothing wrong in needing someone else to set the rules or protect him.

Having read some of Sean’s work, I must say that this one had me enthralled from page one and simply having to finish it in one sitting. I was amazed at the depth of emotion covered as the two men explored their relationship. With some totally hot, erotic sex, I also got to witness the “rebirth” of a man who had taken a KO to his life, yet got up and not only survived, but with the love and encouragement of the man who protected his heart, made his life his own once more. This is one for my to be read again list.
