Bounty hunter and sometime bodyguard, Jazz Boudreaux’s not one for imagining things. Leastwise, she didn’t think she was till a shoot-out with a collar turns into a romp in a castle in Scotland. All she has to do is join some gang of warrior women, keep a geeky dweeb alive so he can save the world, and as a Hussy she’ll have it made—be set for life. Question is, whose life—his or hers?

Turning his back on the career that has set him up with money to burn, Dr. Rockwell “Rock” Burns is neither geeky nor truly a dweeb. He is, however, a man with a conscience who’s trying to save people by saving the planet. What he hadn’t counted on were the number of people determined to stop him from doing that or the gorgeous woman willing to give her life to make sure he does.

I want to be a Hussy! Selfless determination for the greater good versus greed, envy, greed. Toss in some WOW sex, keen wit and humor, stir quickly and toss. For me this read had it all and then some. I found the exploration of what it would take to make someone willing to die for the world per se as intriguing from Ms. Stone’s point of view as any that science offers. I agree that sometimes it’s what’s in the heart that makes the decision. A definite keep to re-read.
