Emma Fiore is a “come back” student searching for something more than just an education. She’s decided that her professor might have the answers to the questions she has concerning her future. Staying after class to ask them earns her far more than the simple answers she’s expecting. Can she truly be what Conner thinks she is?

Conner Devlin is a writer who teaches to pay his bills. When Emma writes a couple of questions on her essay paper, he’s sure he’s found exactly what he’s been missing in his life – the perfect counterpart to his darkest desires. All he has to do now is prove it to her.

Having read and enjoyed other works by this author, I was expecting to be equally impressed by this one. However there were two things missing in this for me; his life within the relationship other than the sexual part and the realism of what it takes to make such a relationship work. Knowing that this is from his perspective, I would have thought that greater exploration of the reasons that Emma is his ideal would have brought greater depth to this story (And yes,I did
read it). Is there no more than the sexual part to a D/s relationship, or do these people truly bond in all parts of their lives? I am left with this major question, otherwise this is no more than a man’s fantasy of the perfect sexual life. The “Inside Story” by Sassy Brit and her Gang!
