June 23rd BLOG HOP: The Good Guy Bad Guy Dilemma

Thursday, June 23rd 2011:
QUESTION:  When creating a main character, is it better to start with a good girl/guy with a drop of “bad”, or a bad girl/guy with a drop of “good”? Question provided by author Lara Z

Turning Point: After a decade of writing fanfiction, mucking about in worlds created by other people, I turned to creating Brenna Lanigan and Cassidy Hyland, two women set at odds, who slowly, almost without conscious will, fall in love. It’s the first time with a woman for both of them, but the emotion is undeniable.
