MUSIC MONDAY

I’ve also chosen to cross post my Monday “Movie” Book Trailer Swap with the lovely lady Lauren @AlwaysMe (blog) Drew @The Tattooed Book Geek (blog) @SarcasticEnigma (Twitter) and musical maestro Mischenko @readrantrockandroll.com (blog) @J_Mischenko (Twitter). Here are the rules:
Every Monday share one or two of songs you’ve been enjoying lately.  It doesn’t have to be a specific genre, new, or one of your favourites – just something you’d like to share with others.  If possible, share a music or lyric video of the song and your thoughts on the song(s), artist(s), and/or music video(s).

Today I asked author, Ellen L. Buikema for her favourite songs.

One of my favorite songs is Tiny Dancer, by Elton John, as it was a nickname given to me by my physics lab partner during the university days. I had dance just before physics lecture. I use pop music in the background for all my Charlie book trailers. The first book trailer for the series uses Cat and Mouse by Scott Holmes.

Check out past Monday Movie posts and all the great trailers already shared here. Indie authors are more than welcome!

Happy Monday! Let’s have fun and get through Mondays together!

  1. Hywela Lyn – UK – Although I live in England now, I still consider myself to be Welsh and miss my homeland. I write mainly romantic science fantasy. I love the stars and the romance of space travel. Influenced by writers such as Asimov, Tolkein and Anne McCaffrey, my work leans more towards fantasy than pure science fiction. I also love writing Westerns and have had a story about Wyatt Earp published in The Lady, of all things! I have three futuristic romance novels in the 'Destiny Trilogy':'Starquest','Children of the Mist' and 'Beloved Enemy'.All three are available as eBooks and also in print, published by The Wild Rose Press, and can be read as 'stand alones'. ' Dancing With Fate' was commissioned for 'The Song Of The Muses' an anthology released by The Wild Rose Press. My Muse was Terpsichore, muse of dance and I sent her to 5th Century Wales to meet another legendary figure. I have now regained my rights to this and re-published it as a stand alone novella in print and eBook format available on Amazon. I love all animals, especially horses and dogs. I have a horse, T'pau and a rescued terrier called Choccy. You can find out more about my writing at my website. www.hywelalyn.co.uk and my blog www.hywelalyn.blogspot.com
