This is the second book I’ve read from Morgen Bailey featuring her short stories and flash fiction pieces written to the tune of a fresh writing prompt each day (from storyaday.org). It’s not often we see books like these, especially when each story is frm a writing prompt.
Once again Morgen has made writing short stories every day to prompts look so easy, which I am sure it’s not! She has the canny ability to write anything to fit, remarkably well!
Included are short stories and even shorter flash fiction pieces, covering many themes in the crime and mystery arena.
Enjoyable, entertaining quick reads that are nice to dip into whenever the mood takes my fancy. Which they did. Often.
