Stacie has one night to set herself free from her family, and she plans to enjoy it to the full. Little does she know how far she is willing to go, and without getting caught. Unfortunately, she goes way out of control, and catches the eye of Lieutenant Jake Chance. Fortunately for her, he’s the sexiest cop she’s seen in years. And if she’s not careful he’s going to lock her up. Or perhaps that’s just what she wants.

This story was not what I expected. Initially this book begins with Stacie being a caretaker for her parents. Her father having Alzheimer’s, her mother, cancer. Stacie’s brothers, while living within the same area refuse to help her take care of their parents because they work full time jobs. They do agree that one night a month, they will hire a night nurse so that Stacie could go out, but there was a hitch…she had to go out as arm candy for her brothers colleague or she didn’t go out at all. Stacie continues to go out with John, once per month but one night out with John, she loses it. She steals Johns Porsche and as she races at speed up to 130mph, she gets pulled over. Feeling frisky, young and wild, Stacie takes a chance and gets fresh with the cop. The next 60 or so pages is literally nothing but their entire night until dawn sexipades. Lt. Chance, the cop in the morning tells Stacie he wants more, a relationship. Stacie stands up to her brothers with threats, and with their help, gets her parents into a nursing home so she can live her life, which she does, with Lt. Chance. This was very erotic book. Great for a nice read with your partner in bed, but like any porno flick I have seen over the years, there really is no plot.
